Lawrenceburg Disc Golf Association “Battle in the Burg” (A PDGA sanctioned C-Tier event)
Anderson County Community Park DGC Lawrenceburg, KY - June 4, 2016

8:00 am - 9:00 am Player sign-in and pick up player's pack
9:00 am Brief players meeting near the sign-in tent near tee box #1
9:30 am – ~Noon Morning round of 18 holes
*1 hour lunch break beginning when the last card of the morning round is turned in
1:00pm - ~3:30pm Afternoon round of 18 holes
3:30 pm Ace pool throw-off (if necessary) and awards ceremony

Divisions / Entry Fees
Junior - $20
Recreational - $25*
Intermediate - $25*
Advanced - $25*
Women - $20*
*Non -PDGA members must pay an additional $10 processing fee.
*There must be a minimum 3 players to make up a division.

36 hole format - PDGA sanctioned C-tier Amateur only
This PDGA-sanctioned tournament will consist of 2 rounds of 18 holes at the Anderson County Community Park Disc Golf Course. A shotgun start format will be in place following the player's meeting. There will be 1 hour break for lunch following the morning round. The afternoon round will begin 1 hour after the last scorecard of the morning round is turned in. There will be an awards presentation following the completion of the afternoon round. Should there be no aces thrown by the ace pool participants, an ace pool throw-off will be held prior to the awards presentation.

Closest to the Basket Competition
Each division will have a closest to the basket (CTB) competition during the course of play. The CTB competition is included in each player's tournament entry fee. The CTB competition will be during the morning round only.

Ace Pool (optional)
There will be an optional ace pool. A $2 fee will enter a player into the ace pool that will be a winner-take-all. Ace pool money will be split between all aces thrown during the 36 hole tournament. Should no aces be thrown, there will be a throw-off prior to the awards ceremony.

Tournament field size
Registration will be cut-off when the tournament field reaches 54 players.

Player packs
Player packs will be given out to the first 30 pre-registered and pre-paid players. The players pack will consist of a disc and other items yet to be decided upon.
