Times
8:00 - 9:00am Player sign-in and pick up player's pack
9:00am Brief players meeting near the sign-in tent near tee box # 1
9:30 - 12:00 Morning round of 24 holes following the players meeting

1 hour lunch break beginning when the last card of the morning round is turned in

1:00 - 3:30 pm Afternoon round of 24 holes following 1 hour lunch break
3:30pm Ace pool throw-off (if necessary) and awards ceremony
Note: Times for the lunch break, the afternoon session and awards are only approximations.

*Non -PDGA members must pay an additional $10 processing fee.
Note: There must be a minimum 3 players to make up a division.

48 hole format - PDGA sanctioned C-tier Amateur only
This PDGA-sanctioned tournament will consist of 2 rounds of 24 holes at the Anderson County Community Park Disc Golf Course (three temp baskets (played twice) along with the 18 permanent baskets). A shotgun start format will be in place following the player's meeting. There will be 1 hour break for lunch following the morning 24-hole round. The afternoon 24-hole round will begin 1 hour after the last scorecard of the morning round is turned in. There will be an awards presentation following the completion of the afternoon round. Should there be no aces thrown by the ace pool participants, an ace pool throw-off will be held prior to the awards presentation.

Closest to the Basket Competition
Each division will have a closest to the basket (CTB) competition during the course of play. The CTB competition is included in each player's tournament entry fee. The CTB competition will be during the morning round only.

Ace Pool (optional)
There will be an optional ace pool. A $2 fee will enter a player into the ace pool that will be a winner-take-all. Ace pool money will be split between all aces thrown during the 48-hole tournament. Should no aces be thrown there will be a throw-off prior to the awards ceremony.

Tournament field size
Registration will be cut-off when the tournament field reaches 60 players.

Player packs
Player packs will be given out to the first 40 pre-registered and pre-paid players. The players pack will consist of a disc and other items to be determined.
